Where can I get all the necessary files so my game server can be ranked? Thx

I'm not sure where to post this so please move to proper location.

I just tried to get on PBBans to check my ticket status and they are offline do to DDOS problems. I went to PunksBusted and they are having the same problems just doesn't seem to be as bad cause I was able to get to their main web page. Is there any other alternative to getting my server (AIXS - Just Killing Time, IP: 184.187.13.212) registered until PBBans and PunksBusted are back into full operation?

Game server is listed on Game Tracker. Is there anything else I need to do? Punksbusted is still having problems but I was able to get my server streaming to PBBans or at least is showing that the pb files are updating in the log files.

Also what is the ASP address for setting up my BF2SPCC so that when I play on my server I get all my unlocks?
