I am trying very hard to get PBBANS to work -- please be patient with me!

I keep getting:

Is that using http://www.pbbans.com/automated-streaming-setup.html?
Then either your server blocks the incoming request or your provided details (IP, Rcon-Port, Rcon-Password) are wrong.
Check your entered details (check serversettings.con and modmanager.con for IP, Rcon-Port, Rcon-Password).
You could aswell use the manual installation process - see below.

1. First you need an account @ pbbans http://www.pbbans.com/streaming-application.html
2. Second you add all details to your account regarding yourself and your server.
3. Your application will be checked and approved or denied.
4. Open BF2CC and send "pb_sv_writecfg" as rcon-command. A file pbsv.cfg will be written in your bf2servers pb-folder.
5. Check on your bf2servers pb-folder if pbsv.cfg was created.
6. Create a empty file pbucon.use in your bf2servers pb-folder (aside of the previously created pbsv.cfg).
7. Especially on linux-servers make sure the ownership of pbsv.cfg and pbucon.use is the same ownership like the user which is starting bf2server.
8. Edit pbsv.cfg by adding the following to the bottom of the file:

Hey guys, trying to figure this out:

Every round starts anew -- all players have no points and players can earn badges and promos, but they are not recorded in the main DB. Every round starts from zero (0) again...

This has got to be an easy fix.

What can I do?

Hi fellow server admin.....

Have you made sure that the hosts.ics file is in the appropriate directory? windows/system 32/drivers/etc/ You should have the hosts.ics file in the etc folder.

Everything looks ok, so I am stumped.

I think the server is running on a Linux box. I will inquire about this file.

Otherwise, I don;t know what to do -- it was working for a while, until I had to rebuild the server from the ground up. It has not run ranked (connecting to central DB) since....
